My passions in life are movement, yoga, whole food, and motherhood. I'm on a mission to empower women to feel confident in their bodies postpartum.

I've created these pelvic floor courses and classes to help you assess and connect with your postpartum body so you can get back to exercising with confidence and ease.

The tools, techniques, and exercises found in my new course Balanced Core and Pelvic Floor are simple, effective, and life-changing.

Hi, I’m Chelsea.


I'd love to share some of my story with you.

I’m a mom of 4 and had my children all within 6 years. 

Teaching and practicing yoga throughout all of my pregnancies taught me so much and I've had the joy of witnessing first-hand how amazing our prenatal and postpartum bodies are.

Unfortunately, I’ve also seen time and time again that women (including me!) are left to think that the pain, discomfort, aches, and incontinence they struggle with after giving birth are normal.

I vividly remember getting the green light at my 6-week check-ups without sharing any information on how to support my body in its healing. 

I thought that peeing my pants was typical and throwing my back out when picking up one of the kids was just something I had to deal with. 

But it’s not.

After three kids, I dove into discovering how to feel better in my body, because I knew that it was possible. I took my mentor Sarah Duvall’s Postpartum Corrective Exercise Course and started applying some of her tips to my daily life and yoga practice. 

I was amazed at how good I felt. 

I finally discovered that it’s possible to be strong, feel good, and get back to working out without hurting my body or creating more symptoms. And I'm confident you can get there too.

But it all starts with the connection and understanding of your breath, posture, and pelvic floor and adding in the right exercises for your body.

Breathing Self Assessment


Take a deep breath right now. What do you notice? Are your shoulders and chest moving or are you noticing the expansion of your ribs? In this course, we'll dive into how to properly breathe. You'll be amazed at how small adjustments with your breath can help to bring your body back into balance!

Posture Self Assessment


I never realized how poor my posture was until I actually learned how great I could feel with all of the proper muscles firing together versus me hanging out in my joints and ligaments. I cannot wait to teach you simple tools to find your best posture. You’ll feel a difference almost immediately and (bonus!) you’ll eliminate so many aches and pains!

Pelvic Floor Assessment


Did you know that the muscles in your pelvic floor impact how your body functions every day? When we learn to bring those muscles and surrounding muscles back into balance, movement can feel good again! We'll also dig into how to determine if you have an overactive or underactive pelvic floor and tools you can use to help you move with that in mind.
